Attorney Jonathan Kwan
Experienced with law at both the State and Federal level, Jonathan Kwan has represented clients in both courtrooms. His credentials briefly include placements with the L.A Superior Court, various Federal and District Judges, University Deans, as well as with numerous legal clinics that focus on criminal, bankruptcy, family and civil law. Mr. Kwan currently focuses on Chapter 7 bankruptcies and volunteers his time at the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court. In addition to bankruptcy, he handles landlord-tenant disputes, civil litigation, and personal injury. Jonathan received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Arkansas after graduating from the University of Southern California. While in law school, he served as an extern to a District of Arkansas Federal Court Judge and also as a research assistant to the university’s law school dean. Mr. Kwan started his legal career as an associate attorney at a law firm in Glendale, CA, during which time he handled personal injury cases, civil litigation, landlord-tenant disputes and bankruptcy cases. He is currently a member of the Beverly Hill Law Association and the California State Bar Association. Driven and passionate about his practice, Jonathan stands behind is work and will go the extra mile to ensure each experience is smooth, easy and positive for all of his clients.
Attorney Charlie Pearce
Mr. Pearce began his career with the law firm of Buckley, McLemore & Hudson P.A., during which time he handled a wide variety of civil, criminal, and bankruptcy cases including: chapter 7 bankruptcies, civil litigation, contract disputes, landlord-tenant actions, felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile criminal defense, divorce and child custody, and pardon applications. Charles Pearce is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law and is licensed to practice in the State of Arkansas and before all of its Courts. He is appointed by the Courts as a guardian ad litem attorney in child custody cases where he advocates for the best interests of the children involved. He currently practices in his own practice in Fayetteville, Arkansas by representing chapter 7 debtors and litigating civil, domestic, and criminal cases. As a contract attorney to LA Legal Group, he serves as legal counsel, providing his legal knowledge and skill to the practice. His legal acumen, combined with his results-oriented approach to litigation, has brought his clients favorable jury verdicts and substantial settlements since.
